Dr. Andrew W. Litt is Rudish Health’s Senior Advisor in the areas of Physician Leadership and Clinical Innovation.

Dr. Litt is CEO of Cornice Health Ventures, LLC., which helps others acquire and collaborate with healthcare service and technology companies. Dr. Litt is also an Operating Partner with The Vistria Group, a healthcare oriented private equity firm and was an Executive-in-Residence with GE Healthcare and GE Ventures focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.  He also advises startup and growth companies on strategy, business development and financing. 

From 2011 until 2014, Dr. Litt was the Chief Medical Officer for Dell’s Healthcare and Life Sciences division. As the key Dell HCLS representative, he spoke regularly at conferences, was the executive sponsor for several key customers, and represented Dell’s view on health IT policy in D.C. Prior to that, Dr. Litt was Executive Vice President and Vice Dean at the NYU Langone Medical Center where he managed all the activities and strategy across the NYU Hospitals Center and the NYU School of Medicine.  During his tenure as EVP, he oversaw the turnaround of the medical center’s finances, stewarded a new strategic plan, coordinated the development of a new $1.5 billion clinical tower, the implementation of the Epic and other major projects. 

Dr. Litt helped found and was long time board chair of CareCore National (now eviCore), which provides utilization and quality management programs.  He also was a board member of Imaging on Call, a teleradiology company, and Captify Health, a GI Patient engagement company, until both companies were sold.  He is currently a board member of Supplemental Health Care, a nurse staffing company and of Seno Medical, a company developing a novel breast cancer diagnosis technology and is an advisor to Octave BioSciences, a company focused on improving care for patients with multiple sclerosis. 

Dr. Litt is a neuroradiologist with a recognized expertise in neurovascular imaging.  He was a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University where he was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from NYU and then completed internship, residency, and fellowship there.  He is a member of the NYU School of Medicine’s Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.
