She came to Rudish Health after almost nine years at Rochester Regional Health. There, she worked right across the recruiting and talent acquisition spaces, most recently as a Talent Acquisition Manager with responsibilities at all levels of the system.
A Rochester, NY native, Laura began her career as a Recruiter and Client Relationship Consultant at Adecco.
